The National Maritime Heritage Foundation reserves the right to cancel all charters due to weather, mechanical problems onboard the boat, lack of attendance, lack of payment, or the unavailability of crew. We reserve the right to cancel a charter at any time if the Foundation determines, in its sole discretion, that conditions are not safe to take passengers onboard NMHF’s sailboats.
